The product range includes two types of hydraulic lifts mobile hydraulic scissor lift mounted on nylon wheels and stationery hydraulic scissor lift pit mounted.

Bearing in mind the specific requirements of customer, high quality, reliability and ease of handling; hydraulic scissor lift table is designed under the proper guidance and supervision of experts. The speed and the efficiency with lifting and lowering of table are done by a pair of hydraulic cylinders actuated by power pack. Standard hydraulic lift systems are ideal for ergonomic lifting and moving of materials in both industrial and commercial sectors. These hydraulic scissor lifts are utilized in every facet of manufacturing, production, processing, storage and warehousing.

Advantages

Capacity: lifts are designed for uniform distributed loads from 500 kg to 12000 kg (0.5T TO 12 T)

Lift plat form: as per customer specification with / with out roller table & hand rails

Lift travel/stroke: up to 2000 mm

Cylinders: Single/double acting cylinders, with built in hose burst safety valve at rear end port of each cylinder. The internal bore is honed & Piston rod is ground, hard chrome plated with good quality seals

Power pack: Electro hydraulic power pack is specially designed meet the required speed of lift and load. Hand operated pump can be supplied for smaller capacity & trolley mounted scissor lifts.

Controls: Complete electrical control panel with multiple options to your requirements

Safety: Hose burst valve is integral part of the lift cylinders, followed by electrical limit switches & mechanical stopper.
